When Jerry's aunt was admitted to a Lagos hospital in 2023 following a hypertensive crisis, the family was blindsided. She had been feeling fine. Her blood pressure had been dangerously elevated for months, but with no consistent way to monitor it at home, nobody knew. By the time the symptoms became impossible to ignore, the damage had already been done.

The founding team combines technology expertise with clinical experience engineering, product, medical, and operations talent united by the belief that chronic disease management in Africa deserves a platform built specifically for it.

Presibo is focused specifically on chronic conditions, primarily high blood pressure and Type 2 diabetes. These are the two most prevalent, undermonitored, and preventable causes of serious health outcomes in Nigeria. Everything we build devices, AI insights, agency networks, and clinic tools is designed to serve patients managing these conditions daily.
Pharmacies and patent medicine dealers become Presibo Health Agents by applying to receive a Presibo Health Terminal a POS-style device with a connected BP cuff or glucometer. When a patient visits, they give their Presibo ID and PIN. The wallet is debited ₦100. The agent earns ₦97.50 per reading. The reading uploads to the patient's health profile in real time. No upfront cost for the agent to join.
For individual patients, we offer a monthly plan at ₦5,000 which includes a connected device, daily AI health insights, and access to your full health profile. A weekly plan is available at ₦3,000 for flexibility. For facilities, our B2B plans range from ₦80,000 per month for PHCs to ₦400,000 per month for hospitals, covering full EMR, workflow automation, and AI diagnostic support.
All patient data on Presibo is managed in full compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, stored on cloud infrastructure with strict access controls, and never sold to third parties. Patients own their health data and can share it with specific doctors or facilities of their choice through the Presibo app.
Clinics and hospitals can sign up for a 30-day pilot, during which they access the full EMR and workflow automation platform with complete onboarding support. If the facility logs at least 20 patient records and the team is satisfied, we convert to a paid monthly subscription.
